About Yosara's work
I did some coaching sessions with Yosara in the Autumn of 2010. I felt that I needed some help with time management strategies and also with how to prevent personal issues from interfering with my work. I found the sessions to be very useful and working with Yosara was a pleasure. She proved to be very insightful. Her practical approach to helping me find useful strategies was just what I needed and her warm personality makes her a very easy person to connect with. Yosara Geerlings is characterized by a charisma and a generous empathy for human beings. (While I was entering her office in the center of Amsterdam,-a cozy room from which was emanating a lovely Indian scent- I knew after the first 15 minutes that there was no way back and that my difficulties will be dealt with there) . After few sessions and marvelous travels in my memories, I succeeded to find the keys to unlock the unhappiness in which I did hide myself for years. Due to a difficult childhood, I had redundant difficulties in choosing a partner who was up to my values and personality. With an incredible ability to listen and an attention to details, Yosara Geerlings was able to twist and unravel some parts of my life which were left obscure, crocked and deformed. After the metaphors, anchors and the final timeline, a new life was awaiting for me. All my fears have been spoken out and reprogrammed in order to give me the love I needed.
